To date, we can point to the following achievements:

  • A proven track record of managing HR functions for more than 100 clients in various locations, ranging from small and medium sized companies to multinational organizations in Malaysia and Singapore.


  • Deployment of centralized payroll services for organizations with regional offices based in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong and Vietnam.


  • Started up the HR department for a pizza delivery company and enabled them to roll out their business with the recruitment of the first 400 delivery personnel.


  • Restructured an ailing international cosmetic manufacturing company via realignment of the business processes to achieve a savings of RM 50,000 a month through manpower reduction, enhanced human resource practices and logistics outsourcing.


  • Involved in the business process re-engineering of a local stock broking company in 1998 during the Asian Economic Crisis to reduce operating cost by more than 36 %.


  • Was involved in the total downsizing of an international advertising firm in Malaysia whereby the entire retrenchment exercise was planned and executed with 0 % percentage of error for dispute.


  • Conducted a study on the non-core business activities of a local television station to achieve a 30 % reduction of operating cost via restructuring of workflow processes.


  • Conducted a training need analysis in an international automotive paint manufacturing company to determine the training requirement and developed the 2001 training calendar and budget.


  • Implemented the cultural change-training program for the international automotive paint manufacturing company after their acquisition of another firm.


  • Restructured the business process of an automotive parts manufacturing company to streamline the manpower cost with the introduction of variable pay scheme to enhance production.


  • Conducted a re-engineering exercise to streamline the manpower costing and optimization of manpower for a local publication firm in 2004.


  • Conducted an HR audit for an international industrial ink manufacturing company in Asia Pacific to diagnose the HR practices across 6 countries in 2005 and subsequently undertaking the post merger integration project to consolidate and align the human resource function for the 6 countries.


  • Conducted another HR audit for a various local medium sized firms in 2005 and embarked on a business process restructuring project as a follow-up from the audit findings.


  • Conducted a training needs analysis and development of a learning and development plan for an international pharmaceutical firm.


  • Organized 4 human resource forums since 2004 successfully with more than 100 human resource participants providing high end human resource topics that drive the strategic value and impact of human resource management.


  • Set up the human resource structure, system, processes and practices for more than 40 small and medium sized companies in Malaysia and Singapore with the primary objective of enhancing the resorting, retention and development of its people.
