is one of the pioneers in the field of HR
Outsourcing in Malaysia and has been providing HR outsourcing services to
Malaysian companies since 1996. We have established ourselves as the
preferred human resource partner to approximately 100 companies in
a wide range of industries via our commitment to continuous improvement
and innovation which drives us to find ways of providing solutions
tailored to our customers needs.
Our
philosophy is to assist clients achieve their business objectives through
the implementation of strategic HR management via close co-operation and
partnership with our clients to meet their objectives and
expectations through quiet achievement and high functional
fit.
Our constant pursuit of innovation
and passion towards HR led us to embark upon a quest to transform the
image and reputation of human resource management in Malaysia. To this
end, in 2006 we began hosting a series of free HR Breakfast Talks
with the objective of providing a continuous learning platform for the
human resource community and HR professionals in Malaysia. In addition to
this, we organise an annual HR Conference, now in it’s 5th year. Ours is
the only HR Conference in Malaysia organised and run by HR professionals
and as a result it is the most practical and value adding HR Conference in
Malaysia.

(SMI) and multinational corporations (MNC) in Malaysia and APAC by
