Supramaniam ventured into the HR field upon graduation where he was appointed as the Assistant HR Manager for American Malaysian Insurance Sdn. Bhd. In 1993, he joined a group of young managers to revive an ailing commodity broking firm, Ace Commercial Sdn Bhd. In 1994, he joined the Delcom Group of Companies as the Group HR Manager and streamlined the human resource functions, reducing operating expenditure by some 32% in the process whilst upgrading the HR. In 1997, he founded HRPM Consulting (M) Sdn Bhd and steered the company to becoming a leading local human resource outsourcing company in Malaysia. During this time, he undertook a number of successful restructuring exercises, the most significant being those at TV3 Malaysia, SJ Securities, Paul Penders Malaysia, Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide, Domino’s Pizza and Bimakarsa Sdn. Bhd

ROY PRASAD

Roy as the CEO of i-HR is responsible for the overall strategic planning and management of business development,  operational and  corporate services functions,  and implementing growth opportunities. With over 20 years of experience holding key management positions as Director of Praxis BT (Google Geospatial Enterprise Partner), CEO of EMS Pty Ltd and CEO of Skills Connect Aust & Malaysia, Group Accountant for Val Morgan Advertising, CFO of Lynx Financial Systems, Accountant for the Kuwait Embassy and having owned operated his Financial Advisory and Property Development business.  His areas of expertise include HR development, transformation, competency analysis, productivity analysis, staff planning and recruitment, with competitive retention and pay and reward systems, conflict and dispute resolutions, and corporate services in business planning and financing,  with financial markets operations

STEPHANIE CHOO MEI KIN

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Stephanie holds a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy from the Royal Melbourne Institute Of Technology in Australia. She has 15 years experience in the areas of HR operations and administration. Stephanie has been involved in various industry sectors such in the healthcare industry, information & technology industry and also HR Outsourcing for companies such as Qualitas  Medical  Group,  IBM  Malaysia,  Assunta  Hospital,  Phillips  Malaysia  and  Deloittes Malaysia.  Stephanie  is  highly  experienced  in  the  areas  of  streamlining  HR  operational processes and establishing effective controls methods to achieve the desired results.

MASALIZA MASKAN

HEAD OF HR ADVISORY AND CONSULTANCY

Masaliza has over 25 years of HRM experience while managing HR departments of various public listed and international companies within South East Asia. She started her career with the United Nations Association in United Kingdom and later decided to speacialise in the field of human resource by undergoing a postgraduate degree in HRM at Hull University in United Kingdom. She started her career in human resource with Tenaga Nasional Berhad in 1992 during its’ corporatisation and later joined the finance industry i.e. Rashid  Hussein  Berhad .   She then became the Head of Human Resource departments at Project Development and Management companies namely Taiping Consolidated Berhad and Cypark Group. Her areas of expertise include Human Resource Strategy  &  Planning, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Industrial Relations and ISO Certification.

JACKIE CHEAH

HEAD OF PAYROLL

Jackie Cheah has 20 years of invaluable experience in Payroll Management, specializing in Compensation and Benefits. Her journey with i-HR Consulting began in 2013, after serving Kerry’s Departmental Store Sdn. Bhd. (payroll & HR personnel) and Qualitas Medical Group (Senior HR Executive – majoring in payroll). Throughout these years, Jackie has been instrumental in providing exceptional services to a multitude of companies from various different industries. Experienced in Payroll Audit & Full Outsourcing.

NURUL NADHEERAH MOHD FIRDAUS NG

PROJECT MANAGER

A certified Risk Manager by profession, Nurul started her career in the offshore financial services in 1999. Being a certified Professional Project Manager, she was appointed as a Consultant and the Lead of Project Management for i-HR Consulting in 2012. Nurul’s strength lies in the strategic management of companies. She is responsible in providing the risk framework, monitor the risk profile of organizations and assist the Management in their decision making processes. In addition, Nurul leads the team in handling special projects such as risk management setup & structure as well as Human Resource & organizational transformation. Nurul also plays a significant role in developing and streamlining document templates, models and analytical presentations for projects consultants, in promoting consistency throughout project cycles.

DR. SAIFUL AMIN JALUN

HEAD OF TRAINING

Dr Saiful (PhD) in Discourse Analysis with a Masters in Corporate Communications.  As head of Training of i-HR he also is a council member with the Human Behavior Academy, UK, a member in the panel of experts for IIC. Formerly Head of the Corporate Strategies Simulation program under the Graduate School of Management, UPM and Putra Business School from 2012 to 2014. He was also the head of the Tertiary English Program for International students in UPM from 2011 till 2012. He was the head for the Human Governance site for Putra Business School from 2012-2014. His  key publications are “Human Value Ecosystem: Productivity Management in a Human Way (IJECM)” & “Trapping the Cunning Fox: Never Get Lies Again in Business, Relationship & Marriage (Body Language Series)-Human Behaviour Academy (UK)- 2016”

AZHAM MAT YASIR

HEAD OF CONTENT DEVELOPMENT

Azham graduated from University of Putra, in the field of Human Resource Development, and currently is responsible for the research and development of HR knowledge content for our HR portal & HR Advisory / Consultation. Experience in a full spectrum of HR, and has been practicing throughout Malaysian SMEs & MNCs such as DB Schenker Malaysia. Azham has been involved in numerous HR Audit and HR Start Up projects focusing on  business  planning  and  human  capital  development.  He  is  involved  in  several  of  our projects with clients, such as EMKAY Group, MK Land and Bachoo Medical Centre and Sterling Insurance.
